Key successes included:• Headed Neptune’s social strategy that delivered 95% growth (+22% competitor average) and a consistent monthly engagement of +1.5m (+20% competitor average) across core channels, since 2020.• Worked with research consultants on our brand positioning with the objective of reaching a younger demographic online.
