      I was responsible for leading 2 scrum teams, working according Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Focus is on development of full service IOS app (Appy2help) for KLM Passenger Services & International Stations. The app is being used worldwide by KLM staff (approx. 3000 users). Teams won in 2018 KLM innovation award for Best Innovation for Employees. In 2019, we have been nominated again!

      In my role I'm responsible for 9 Product Teams within the Air France KLM Customer Service Technology department. Together with these teams we are continuously working on improving our Digital tools and products which are being used worldwide by >5500 customer contact assistants. I'm acting as Product Manager Digital Product Development within the SAFe agile release train. The teams are based over several locations: Amsterdam, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Toulouse and Valbonne.
