  As a participant of the AEC Leadership Academy, my action plan of developing a website for Art Educators to implement in their lesson plans, my work resulted in obtaining a Fellows Grant to pursue my work statewide. At the time, there was a need of information on historical and current state artists which educators could strengthen their use of PA Arts and Humanities Standard 9.2. The website www.pennartists.com was created. It has been disabled since then.
