Programs received certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), indicating that the development process met rigorous criteria for disease management program content and design. Deliverables included marketing & training materials, health literate patient education translated into 26 languages and provider resources for health plans, hospitals, and large provider groups and emphasized health & wellness topics as well management of chronic diseases (asthma, cancer, COPD, diabetes, and heart failure). Programs focused on the whole patient and emphasized adherence, self management and behavioral change and included algorithms to target specific populations and suggested ways to measure outcomes for targeted initiatives. Served as an Internal Coach for employees at all levels of the organization through the Job Plus Coaching and Energy & Resilience Programs; Coached employees across the US and UK who expressed an interest in career development, conflict management, or aligning their personal vision and values so they could be more present and effective at work and at home.       Served as a Professional Coach and Consultant, helping a variety of clients work towards goal achievement in their personal and professional lives. Earned two coaching certifications: One from Duke Integrative Medicine as an Integrative Health Coach, and the other from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). In doing so, I logged over 100 hours of client coaching and mentoring.
