      In my current role, I serve as a pivotal link between various service lines and customers, handling a wide range of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations, managing conflicting priorities and solving problems. This includes managing initial enquiries for multiple service lines, liaising with Transport to obtain necessary quotes, and communicating with our multiple warehouses on client delivery needs, to ensure efficient loading and unloading of trailers. I am intricately involved in customer service, acting as a point of contact for breakdowns and faults, as well as coordinating and contributing to project launch meetings with all relevant stakeholders. I am also responsible for planning and managing the installation team during project execution. This involves arranging labour, creating purchase orders, and building load plans, all while maintaining open communication with customers and closely monitoring budgets. Additionally, I oversee the creation and management of rollout schedules, ensuring smooth implementation and management through to completion. Beyond operational tasks, I play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction through NPS surveys and assisting with training for new staff. I attend weekly procurement meetings, contribute to the development of customer documents, and actively engage with stakeholders to address issues related to maintenance, health and safety, and business development.
