      During my time at the Lewis Partnership, I have been given various roles and responsibilities which has now led me to be given the role of Senior Assistant Manager. I am the day-to-day operational manager of the bar at the Moat House in Acton Trussell. My responsibilies include:- Management and training of staff- Stock and supply management- Liasing and negotiating with reps from different suppliers- Completing staff rotas- Organising and checking contracts My role has allowed me to develop excellent customer service and communication skills, which I am able to apply to any role I am given. In addition, I have a keen interest in profit maximisation and with this I have been able to work with my manager to enhance sales and save costs where appropriate. I have a sharp eye for analysing businesses to highlight key areas where costs can be reduced and profits can be heightened.       In my current role, I am responsible for the completion of reconciliations prior to invoicing, as well as managing the invoicing schedule for customer contracts. I work closely with the Head of Finance and the Senior Account Manager to ensure all clients are billed correctly and to the correct specifications. I prepare monthly reconciliations for all employee credit cards and expenses across all companies associated with ELM Group, which are then inputted into Xero.
