  As an intern with the youth group at The Ark church, I have the opportunity to serve the youth group staff. While I am there I had a chance to help run services whether that be running games, small groups, or simply saying a greeting. I also helped plan a missions training session to prepare our youth students to go on their mission trip to Dallas in the month of July. During this mission trip I was a team-lead for a week, and we volunteered at Youth World in Dallas, Texas. During this week we helped camp counselors at the Youth World day camp, and hung out with inner city kids. During this internship program we also read and discuss leadership books on how to be a leader and a follower. Show less
