  With an experience in Supra 16, the attention was to design and manufacture something that was optimized and innovative.The vehicle designed in Supra 17 was designed and redesigned several times,optimizing the designs in every stages to optimize it even further.Due to this tedious process the designs that were finalized were the best results we could get in our budget and so it was truly a Design rather than only drawing.One of the biggest issue we faced was designing a braking system in a smaller 10inch wheel. Smaller wheels created an issue of smaller size of discs which leads to ineffective braking.I tried to solve it with minor tweaks to the existing system which gave us a disc diameter of 174mm. To overcome it I designed and calculated a new assembly and it was designed properly by one of my design colleagues to finalize it. Show less SAEINDIA SUPRA 2016 is a Student formula competition in which a college team has to design and manufacture a Student formula racing car that competes with 150+ teams around the country. I was the head of the vehicle dynamics department and had to design the Chassis, braking, suspension, and steering system. The parts were designed in Catia and simulated in Lotus. The vehicle has to go through various stages wherein the vehicle is scrutinized for design and simulation calculations. The dynamics of the vehicle are also checked in various tests. The vehicle is raced in Delhi at Buddh International Circuit. I calculated and designed Anti-Ackerman steering system, dual cylinder brake caliper with 4 outlets tandum master cylinder and Pushrod Suspension system with custom brake disc for the Supra 16 Show less

I also overlooked that manufacturing and Assembly was the crucial part of validating the designs being produced.Part of my job description was Procurement of High Value Brought out components in Steel, Stainless Steel, assemblies, electronics, and electrical components. It required me to discuss techno commercially with our well-equipped vendors, negotiations, and closely working with them to complete the deliveries within schedule with the utmost quality norms mostly !!I was in the fore front of communicating with customers while completing the deliveries on time.   Developing new products in DC Busbar Systems and Electrowinning technology has been one of the most exciting parts of my journey with G Corner that I will treasure forever. Design and Development of New products required very thorough research, interpretation, and application of very unknown technology. It has many ebbs and flows with a lot of successes and failure. Successes gave us new motivation to move ahead and Failure Taught us "n" number of ways the product would fail.
