  Operational efficiency consultant at SENAI Technology Institute. Acting as a consultant/mentor through the implementation of lean culture, in the digital transformation program in the use of operational efficiency and in the reduction of waste in production processes through culture change, digitization, simulation (visual components software), and process improvement using lean tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Heijunka, Visual Management, Kanban, Kaizen, PDCA, Poka-Yoke, Standardized Work), quality tools (A3 Problem Solving, 5W2H, Pareto Chart, Ishikawa, flowchart, and check sheet) and also in monitoring quick wins actions through the elaboration of action plans and identification of key performance indicators.In the energy efficiency pillar, I work on tariff adjustment, energy quality measurements, and analyses to ensure the availability and stability of energy supply in machinery and equipment. Based on NBR ISO 50001, using energy analyzers and thermal tests, I acted to reduce CO2 emissions by improving energy performance through conscious use and consumption of energy in lighting circuits, motors, pumps, compressed air, and chilled and hot water systems.I develop work routines through programming in C++ and Python for industrial and collaborative robots, MIR, UR, and KUKA, and 3D simulations using virtual reality.
