      Working along side cross functional teams to help navigate through ambiguity and define key performance requirements for proposals, programs and projects. Develops and maintains great working relationships with clients and internal team members. PM works closely and manages the cross functional team members involved to execute the projects and programs successfully. Manages all business aspects of the projects and programs including client expectations, compliance with SOW, schedules, budgets, interactions with client, contractually binding changes & design sign-offs, fabrication (in-house and subcontracting), and project handoff. Show less Working with the Project Manager the solutions architect is responsible for the development of the overall vision that underlies the projected solution and transforms that vision through execution into the solution with the design team (control rooms, visualization systems, simulation systems, etc). Involved with a project at the time of inception (proposals) the SA functions as a consultant, examine current systems architecture, and works with business and technical staff to recommend solutions that result in more effective systems.
