  Remediation Coordination Cell (RCC) created for the Bangladesh garment industry, will focus on managing the remediation process for garment factories under Bangladesh Government’s National Initiative. The RCC is established by the International Labour Organization (ILO) with funding from Canada, the Netherlands and United Kingdom & Government of Bangladesh (GoB).Responsibilities:-• To understanding & review all fire safety proposed design drawing, specifications (e.g. Fire Evacuation Plan, Fire Protection System, Fire alarm & Detection System) as per Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).• To provide technical advice to the consultants about the proposed fire safety design.• To represent the corrected drawing to the taskforce committee. Taskforce is the core body that approve proposed fire safety design for further installation • To participate in coordination meeting with Engineers, Architects & Consultants.• To generate periodical remediation progress report.• Provide technical advice towards the site team regarding installation and standards.• Conduct factory inspection in accordance to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).   Responsibilities :-*By coordinating with service providers ensure uninterrupted supply of Natural Gas (CH4) and fresh water supply in industries at Comilla Export Processing Zone (Cumilla EPZ). * To prepare TENDER document (RFQ/ LTM/ OTM) based on Bangladesh Government Tender Law (PPR-2008, PPA-2006). Thereafter, develop the bid, tender strategy, evaluation, contract signing follow through the successful acquisition to completion. * In Comilla Export Processing Zone (Cumilla EPZ), there is 49 export oriented industry (i.e. Ready Made Garments-RMGs, Plastic Product, Leather Product, Electronics) each of them eject wastewater at different concentration. All effluent are taken through a secure separate channel towards Central Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) for environmentally safe disposal. My responsibilities are a) Supervise the full operation of CETP.b) Maintain the quality database of Raw influent and treated effluent. c) Provide suggestion in diagnosis and correct wastewater treatment plant malfunction if necessary. Show less BEPZA is a regulatory body of Bangladesh Government, governance all the Export Processing Zones (EPZs) in the country. Rightnow, BEPZA successfully regulating over 600 factories in it's eight EPZs, created jobs for over 500 thousand people. This organisation per year contributing over $7.5 Billion to the national GDP & contributing around 20% of countries total foreign export. Technical Responsibilities :-01. To visit factories in EPZs to examine/ identify hazardous substance; e.g. chemical, material, location, ETPs etc. Moreover, to collect water, air sample for lab examination to understand the pollution level and prepare detailed writing report based on the examination. 02. To develop and recommend solution to the factories to eliminate/ reduce pollution. And to promote Circular Economy, Green Building & Clean Energy.03. To prepare detailed Cost Estimation for Development Project/ Construction. 04. To prepare TENDER document (RFQ/ LTM/ OTM) based on Bangladesh Government Tender Law (PPR-2008, PPA-2006). Thereafter, develop the bid, tender strategy, evaluation, contract signing follow through the successful acquisition to completion. 05. To provide technical solution towards the site team regarding the project works. Managerial Responsibility :-01. Conducting co-ordination meeting with Investors/ Enterprises/ Other Governmental Agencies to promote foreign investment and foster economic development to the country. 02.
