  Alongside managing large scale projects I also supervised a team of project managers along with the production manager and production staff to ensure that our projects were running on time and to the quality standards expected.Ordering of stock materials, managing and rejuvenating stock sheets, devising and improving job progression sheets, programming work hours, jobs and man power and organising site installations were all part of my daily tasksI also generated and implemented a 3 stage quality control process to eliminate anything not 100% leaving the building. Joined the first internal health and safety committee to discuss and improve H&S by using in house insights and ideas from our own staff as well as external sources.Set out and monitored general working practices at all levels I was also the apprentice work based supervisor and responsible for the training of all apprentices and their well being.
