  I am the IT Team Lead for Hub Group Inc, Comtrak Logistics and Mode Transportation. I currently lead a team of 7 technicians and analysts.My goal is to provide the best level of service while efficiently managing a demanding workflow. I assist customers, both remote and local, with all of their computing needs. I also train all new team members as well as sales managers. I support everything from mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, etc), Windows laptops/desktops, to MAC desktops/laptops. I support on both a hardware level as well as at the software level. I also do a bit of dabbling in server and networking support when I can spare the time.
