  • In addition to the Missions mentioned in the previews projects with the position of Deputy Manager comes more responsibilities:-Maintain the good function of the quality department by giving each member of the team his area of action by qualification and specialty in another term put the right guy at the right position (Welding, Mechanical, Steel structure…)-Implant and encourage the quality spirit into all the workers by programming sensibilization meetings to emphasize about the importance of the quality and the respect of procedures.-Preparation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) , Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)-Preparation of Procedures: Visual test procedure, Penetrant Test Procedure, Ultrasonic Test procedure, Bolts tightening procedure.-Prepare for the quality audits by keeping all the registers updated and the application of the quality procedures both on offices (Folders, PVs…) and at site’s Working and storage Areas. -Monitor the ECME Register and ensure that all the Measurement equipment are calibrated and conform. -Planning of quality inspections along with the NDT’s Inspections.-Preparation of Method statements for the equipment (pre-assembly and erection) in collaboration with the construction supervisors. Show less Missions -Ensure the strict respect of the quality procedures and our quality policy.-Supervise the quality inspections as per the ITPs (QCPs) and prepare their respective reports.-Detect non-conformities and propose corrective actions and ensure its closer, and issue an action plan if necessary to avoid any similar defects.-Supervise and make the necessary preparations to preformed Piping “Hydro & pneumatic Tests”.-Prepare the equipment’s Final folder and ensure the closers of all the items in the punch lists.
