      Processed zoning cases. Developed small area plans. Managed Neighborhood Crime Prevention Grant Program. Served as designated planner for District 6 (North End- South Como). Developed City's first Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (now called Consolidated Plan) for receipt of federal housing funds. Established and staffed the City's Housing Implementation Team, comprised of leaders of housing organizations that invested resources in the City of St. Paul.

Oversaw 5 citizen advisory and regulator boards and commissions including the City Planning Commission and Heritage Preservation Commission.
