  At the jobcentre in Minehead, I was responsible to assist customers to apply for jobs, college courses, and to submit customers onto the New Deal programme. I also assisted customers who were lone parents, and young adults, to be able to return back to work. I then moved onto additional duties in finance.I was a frontline AO officer responsible for the welfare benefit payments, and a manager in training at a very busy callers office in Portsmouth, and to ensure that customer claims were submitted as requested, and that customers service was to a high standard.I then progressed onto working alongside the fraud team, and then trained for a managerial position.
