This project was developed for sales area of PRINTER CERTER that used paper forms to realize the sales of its products and later it launched them manually in the SAP. The challenge of this project was to standardize a sales process where it was possible the configuration of the variant products (characteristics of products) and the execution of budgets approval, both executed directly in SAP. The main benefit with automation was that the sales process from the moment of the request, through the quotation and approval calculation carried out in SAP, were executed directly in Bizagi with the use of mobile devices, allowing the execution period of the process to fall from up to 10 days for less than 1 hour. This project consists of identifying all the processes of the Organization as it is being executed today, tackling all issues and proposing an efficient and effective process for automation in the software factory that exists in the organization. As a result for automation ,until October 2020, 47 finalistic processes were redesigned and 281 screen prototypes were generated to automate these processes. With more than 1,800 employees in the parts distribution area, it has 19 distribution centers in 15 UFs and an office in China. The project consists of making improvements to organizational processes, identifying dysfunctions and proposing improvements, aiming not only for their efficiency and effectiveness, but also for their modeling to be oriented towards automation. Until January 2023, this work was carried out in the Purchasing macroprocess, which involves both purchases made from national suppliers and those made in China. The main objective is to reduce purchasing logistics and customer service time, as well as operational costs and tax risks. Show less
