  ○ Review and analyze received projects for suitability to partially or fully convert from RC System into Post Tension System.○ Identify the optimum and the best Post Tension Rate(PT Rate) for the received projects.○ Perform preliminary structure designs for post tension slabs and beams(If required). Propose changes in columns/ walls if necessary.○ Coordinate with draftsmen to prepare framing plans according to preliminary PT design proposal.○ Prepare Bill Of Quantities spreadsheets for building projects. Scope: 1. Tendon’s tonnage according to obtained PT Rate in preliminary design. 2. Volume of concretes according to PT preliminary design vs original RC design.○ Prepare Bill Of Quantities spreadsheets for bridges/tunnels project according to consultant’s design. Scope: 1.
