My responsibilities as one of two co-chairs include:- Supporting a team of 10 outstanding students to this three-day professional development conference geared towards graduating engineering students from across Ontario.- Management of contracts, finance and sponsorship portfolios to secure funding for an operating budget of $45,000. - Utilizing and developing leadership and project management skills to track task completion and mitigate operational risks during the event.
