  The PEO Student Conference is an event supported by the Engineering Student Societies' Council of Ontario to support senior engineering students as they transition into the workforce after graduation. My responsibilities as one of two co-chairs include:- Supporting a team of 10 outstanding students to this three-day professional development conference geared towards graduating engineering students from across Ontario.- Management of contracts, finance and sponsorship portfolios to secure funding for an operating budget of $45,000. - Utilizing and developing leadership and project management skills to track task completion and mitigate operational risks during the event.
