      I assisted in establishing in a charity within the Bournemouth area to work with teenage girls within schools, youth clubs, estates and any other area of need. The aim of this was to educate them on Self Esteem and the value of each individual.- Volunteer Management - Management of ateam of 30 individuals, co-ordinating rotas, appraisals and recruitment. - Literature Design - I produced a variety of Marketing literature for Shine including print and email newsletters, dvd promotions, brochures and flyers. - Communication amongst various stakeholders (MPs, Headteachers, school children) - As a charity we regularly held presentations amongst all stakeholders - pitching the charity, as well as presenting our KPI's and achieved outcomes. - Project Management- Video Animation- Event Management Show less
