This would range from first line support to delegating support issues to either the implementation staff or the development staff.- Support client in functional areas like debtors, creditors, stores and financial modules and I was responsible for writing specs and testing integrity and functionality of new development. I would also analise existing procedures and programs and make recommendations to improve the functionality, security and efficiency.- Crises management – at times our clients’ databases would be down due to power failures, I would then assess the problem and manage the recovery of the databases and systems by delegating the necessary tasks to get them up and running and to ensure that no data was lost.
