  Supervise drilling operations on Sarqala-2 and Sarqala-3 production wells (250 days each well) and workover operations on Shakal-1 exploration well. Sarqala-2 and Sarqala-3 J-shape 4000m MD, HTHP condition Contractors: DQE (Rig 2000HP), Weatherford (Directional Drilling, Casing Running and MPD services), Sprint cementing service, IDEC mud service, Core pro coring service. Shakal-1 is complicated exploration well (drilled in 2009), workover operations commenced in 2017 in the slim hole with a number of fishing operations, run completion string, work with coil tubing and stimulation. Set two whipstocks and drilled 2 sidetracks with 4-1/8” OD and open hole length up to 500m. Contractors: DQE (Rig 1500HP), IOT Fishing Services, Sprint (Cementing service, Coiled Tubing) Oilserve Well Testing Services, IDEC mud service. Wells were drilled safely, according to approved HSE and company standards, met AFE expectations. Assist SDE and Cost Engineer in preparation of Well AFE and Long Term budgets10. Provide full operational support to Well Engineering Manager and Well Operations Manager during the execution phase of the project11. Prepare and submit EOWR12. Optimize operations to minimize time, cost and risk exposure.Also I worked as Wellsite Drilling Engineer and my responsibilities were:1. Prepare GNME daily drilling reports and transmit timely to GNME drilling offices in country2. Ensure the work is performed in a safe and efficient manner3. Provide direct liaison between GNME Drilling Management and service companies at the wellsite during well operations4.
