  Responsible for the second largest collection's portfolio in the organization with over 8 MM BRL outstanding balance to create collections strategies and campaigns based on customer, behavior and collection's score and segmentation to up the recoveries, decrease the roll-rates and maintain delinquency level within business plan expectations. I also managed the delinquency portfolio of employees which required creating a full programme to reabilitate employes that had dificulty managing their debts together with HR. By being part of the strategic data model creation and being the main tester for credit risk data and integrating with other organizations such as pricing, crm, sales, finance and operations, I was able to deliver consistent testing of reconciliation analysis using SQL and SAS.Also was responsible for creating the Risk Data Mart for Latin America countries that would be the single source of data for Consumer Credit Risk Analysis aligned with a standardized International Operations credit rules.
