      Main Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the scope of onboard equipment supply, installation and security testing in a complex project of modernization of Metro São Paulo lines 1, 2 and 3, where the scope involves upgrading the entire fleet of this company (142 trains ). - Installation and testing Strategy definition for São Paulo Metro fleets; - Management of a contractual schedule; - Interfaces and communication management of all internal and external stakeholders; - Integration Management, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, approximately 100 people, Communications, Risk and Procurement. Achievements: -Delivery of 27 trains for Line 2 with the CBTC system fully installed and tested to meet the demand of Line 2 Extension Vila Prudente opening; -Have started Lines 1 and 3 fleets serial installation (after prototypes). Exibir menos Achievements: -Delivery of the CPTM line C extension first phase (Autodromo, Grajaú and Interlagos station) and final phase (Grajaú Yard and new features), keeping costs, quality and increasing the contractual margin in 9% - Project Completed ; - Design, manufacture, delivery, assembly, installation, static and dynamic tests of safety ATCUs COFESBRA II for trains (12 trains) - Project Completed; -Design, manufacture, delivery, assembly, installation, static and dynamic tests of all trains Series 4400 (100% complete), Series 5500 (100% complete), Series 1400 (100% complete) and the series 1600 (100% completion) CPTM (148 ATCUs) - Project Completed; -Delivery of the first and second stage of the Jurubatuba Yard as well as integration with the Line C Extension - Project Completed; - Design, manufacture, delivery, assembly of the first 4 trains in advance, overcoming the costumer expectations of the São Paulo Expansion Project, consequently increasing the expected revenues for the fiscal year; - Completion of the 66 ATCs project, with contractual margin increased by 15% and all deliveries planned released in advance - Project Completed; -Completion of Line 2 Extension- Sacomã Station – according to the contractual targets that were challenging, four months from conception to issue the acceptance term, reducing the delivery time by two months and this way meeting the government’s requirement - Project Completed.
