  Main Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the scope of onboard equipment supply, installation and security testing in a complex project of modernization of Metro São Paulo lines 1, 2 and 3, where the scope involves upgrading the entire fleet of this company (142 trains ). - Installation and testing Strategy definition for São Paulo Metro fleets; - Management of a contractual schedule; - Interfaces and communication management of all internal and external stakeholders; - Integration Management, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, approximately 100 people, Communications, Risk and Procurement. Achievements: -Delivery of 27 trains for Line 2 with the CBTC system fully installed and tested to meet the demand of Line 2 Extension Vila Prudente opening; -Have started Lines 1 and 3 fleets serial installation (after prototypes).
