  Rank: 1st Lieutenant Lead a squadron of 15-20 cadets though drill, leadership, PT, and aviation programs and classes. Created events to teach cadets about how to work together as a team. Had weekly meetings with flight officers to see how cadets were doing. I taught and mentored cadets to become better leaders through lessons I learned from previous officers and my own ideas. I would report weekly to the Senior Squadron Commander and inform them on the improvement of each cadet.
