  The way people work is changing. Through new technologies, digitization, and the influx of new skills and expectations into the workforce, traditional organization models will significantly evolve over the next decade. This has been compounded by Covid-19 and the acceleration of remote and distributed working.As a Playbook Designer, I trained on how to use Aspenify’s Collaborative Work Management solution to build interactive Playbooks (iPlaybooks) for the Silicon Valley Business School and the Aspenify Education Lab.Each iPlaybook can be defined by a collaborative team to serve a specific purpose. It exists as a new file format containing all the key ingredients required to complete the selected work including objectives, workflows, links to curated content, and tools along with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.Each iPlaybook can be shared, tailored, implemented, and exported across diverse and distributed organizations resulting in higher quality outcomes, better employee engagement and increased customer satisfaction.The following is just a small example of the playbooks we were able to create for our customers.Business Maneuvers such as: Business Planning Managing your Brand Navigating a cash crisis Conducting Public Relations Building a Winning Product Venture Fundraising Dozens of other Business Processes, like: Overseeing Outside Vendors Securing your SaaS infrastructure Employee Onboarding and Training Show less
