  Coordinated and managed the maintenance production effort for Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron-14, prioritizing and synchronizing the workload of six maintenance divisions comprised of a 600-man military and 25-man civilian maintenance department consisting of the following trades: Propulsion, Airframe, Avionics, Safety/Egress, Quality Assurance, Logs/Records/Data Analysis, Ordnance, Support Equipment, Test Equipment, Production Control, Cryogenics, Hydraulics, and Non-Destructive inspection.
