  - Monitor daily system interface messages (Idocs) for SAP detecting any errors. Root cause analyses, risk assessment of the issue and urgency of corrective actions that maximize integrity of business data.- Specialist point of contact for Asia affiliates Idocs monitoring, support business in execution of corrective actions. Ensure all Idocs are processed liaising with local affiliates to ensure Customer orders are processed and delivered timely.- When necessary, perform corrective actions that require system access or technical knowledge not available to business users in the Affiliate.- When necessary, submit support tickets (Incidents) to appropriate service systems for errors or issues that cannot be corrected independently.- Periodically reconcile transaction data in systems to confirm completeness of system interface operations. Ensure all orders are processed without error in line with month/quarter close activities- Define business processes for managing and resolving IDoc errors across multiple entities providing timely resolutions and minimizing impact on productivity focusing but not limited to business processes.- To consistently provide high levels of service as measured by agreed performance metrics.
