  As a senior specialist I have accumulated experience and knowledge in the field of transfer pricing by:- Preparing transfer pricing documentations (local and master files);- Participating as presenter in transfer pricing seminars (organised by PwC or Ifinanses).- Analysis of intercompany transactions and whether the corresponding pricing policy applied is in line with the arm’s length principle (Latvian TP rules and OECD Guidelines);- Financial analysis; Implementation of benchmark studies / Determination of Interquartile range’ / Selection of TP method and profit level indicator according to tested party’s functional profile (distributor, manufacturer, service provider) / Calculating potential TP adjustments (P&L);- Segregating clients P&L statement to determine profitability generated in specific controlled transaction;- Conducting functional interviews with clients;- Preparing functional analysis; Identifying the functions, risks and assets used (tangible and intangible) by group’s counterparties and examine whether and to what extent intercompany pricing –individually- is affected;- Performing industry analysis for several client’s sectors: consumer goods, telecommunication, pharmaceuticals; etc.;- Preparing Group and Company analysis;- Communicating with clients regarding transfer pricing matters e.g. email correspondence and face to face meetings.
