  I completed my ACA training contract with PKF Littlejohn where I was given the opportunity to lead large teams and work on international clients at an early stage in my career. My portfolio of clients reported under either UK GAAP, FRSSE or IFRS and operated within an extensive range of industries. These clients included property management, technology, venture capital, and hospitality businesses; as well as several charities.At PKF I ultimately progressed to a Senior Assignment Leader responsible for leading some of the firm's biggest engagements including the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of OTC pharmaceutical products with revenues in excess of £100m. This engagement was of significant scale, with a ‘hard-close’ reporting deadline and the accounts subject to IFRS consolidation.In addition to client work I was the only non-partner representative in the IT task team and a keen contributing member of the firm's social committee.
