  Human Resources Department or "Biro Kaderisasi dan Pemerhati Keluarga" is a department that takes care of the resource management to achieve organizational goals, one of which is kinship and professionalism. As a staff, I have a role as PIC in several programs, namely KMTPHP EXPO 2, upgrading staff and appreciation night. The activities that I do as a PIC are dividing tasks, compiling timelines, presenter and material of event. The three work programs have an assessment of program implementation above 90%.   CV. Cita Nasional is a factory of Susu Murni Nasional, as well known. It's my first position on an internship programme for 3 months. I got new things and it's related to my lesson, Teknologi Susu also Food and Agricultural Microbiology. I train my skills about how to test the quality of raw milk before it's pasteurized. A sample of milk was tested in the laboratory from it's raw until saved, because the test was crusials for the food safety.
