      Responsible for the effective and efficient organisation of a busy diary, I was involved in all aspects of planning and delivery of training presentations conducted in retail outlets, trade shows and training seminars.  Acting as a first point of contact for stores, I would provide advice and support for retailers, and would liaise directly with Regional/National Account Managers, Marketing Managers and Product Managers to resolve issues.  Through regular visits to stores I was also responsible for feeding back a variety of quantitative and qualitative data, allowing the office to track the total commercial activity in the field.  As a senior member of the training team I was involved in presenting alongside National Account Managers to potential new business partners at Head Office level. I created a significant number of product training guides for retailer’s internal use (e.g. Brighthouse, DSG, etc).  During my Line managers holidays I was responsible for managing the UK training team & compiling all reports.
