  I am the sole person responsible for all administration. I built the office procedures from the very beginning of this company. I am now responsible for managing HR, Booking travel, Staff Expenses Claims, H & S, Bookkeeping, Payroll, paying creditors and receiving payments from debtors. Balancing inter-company accounts and loans, producing Management accounts, and consolidating our Group Accounts, Quarterly VAT returns, EC Sales List, Foreign VAT repayments. Making £000's of currency exchange, liaising with our Auditors. I work remotely with my Director relying on me to keep the Admin and financials running smoothly. As I am in control of our banking, I produce monthly cashflows for IMSPEX and our subsidiary company based in Germany .
