      A Tribal Action Plan (TAP) provides an opportunity for Federally Recognized Tribes to take a proactive role in the fight against alcohol and substance abuse in their communities. TAPs identify existing strengths and resources that help Tribes overcome past challenges, assessing their needs and resources relative to alcoholism, addiction, and substance abuse prevention and treatment activities, coordinating available resources and programs. Overall the TAP is a platform the tribes to build a successful and practical Health and Wellness department. The TAP project manager guides the TAP coordinating committee and tribal subcommittees to create and implement a community wellness plan specific to the Tribe's needs.*Recruited and maintained a strategic 12 person committee to guide the creation and implementation of the project plan. The SIG is a not-for-profit, non-stock corporation founded in September 1998.As a project manager coordinator, I provide industry best practices to guide enterprise-level projects through the lifecycle. I primarily work on projects that support the improvement of the adoption and qualification process of Bluetooth Technology Specifications.
