Additionally, as the head tutor I was responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the centre i.e. attendance, ensuring tutors follow correct protocol with regards to their payments and any help reorganising schedules.

  • Performed data gathering to develop an image classifier using Random Forest and Logistic Regression. Testing both algorithms based on the success rate of their predictions • Collaborated as part of a team to deliver an item based collaborative filtering recommender system using K Nearest Neighbours algorithm. • Together with a team performed conversational analysis using OpenAI GPT-2 345M model and the Ubuntu Dialogue Corpus dataset acquired from Kaggle. I developed an excellent and concise report on the results of the analysis. • Performed basic data cleaning to develop with the use of KMeans alongside a dendogram, a movie similarity model based on the plots of the movie acquired from IMDB and Wikipedia.   • Successfully developed and deployed a commercial tool for brand sentiment analysis using Pyspark and Dash/Plotly for visualization. ‘• Created models to classify identification images on the presence of hats, glasses and masks each with accuracy in the 90th percentile.• Researched and developed a model architecture based on MobileNetV3 with a size of 600kb to successfully resolve storage space and performance concerns on mobile devices• Created a Gender and Smile Classification Multi Task model using a hard parameter sharing architecture for portrait validation. Leveraged MobileNetV3 as the backbone architecture of the model with accuracy for both metrics in the 90th percentile. Successfully deployed the model to an endpoint via the AWS Sagemaker API.• Successfully re-engineered the Sparkov Data Generation tool to simulate transactional data for an in-house financial product. Feature Engineered aggregation and periodic features to increase Fraud Detection Model’s performance from a 0.5 AUC score to 0.95 on the AWS Fraud Detector Model and created a XGBoost model that outperformed the AWS Fraud Model with a TPR of 85% and a FPR of 8%.
