The shopping mall "Kapitoly-Kuntsevo," which was put into operation in 1997, is the first to be newly constructed as a mixed-use project.The owner, Enka TC, awarded the contract for the re-development project to Enka Construction in April, 2011. The existing shopping center, comprising an area of 19,400 m2, will be demolished and rebuilt as a modern shopping center with a net leasable area of 62,500 m2, and with 4,500 m2 of office space, a 16,500 m2 residential center and a car park with a capacity for 2,000 cars.   The CSG2 main facility will occupy an area of approximately 39 hectares.CSG2 will be equipped to increase the pressure of the gas to be transported over the mountains to the PRMS in the 42” SCP pipeline. Construction of CSG2 facility and lay-down areas will avoid building on the larger area of wetland at the site. Gas compression;Each compressor station is required to generate 66MW of power to compress the gas when the pipeline is operating at its maximum throughput. The compressor stations will have four trains of gas compressors driven mechanically by dry low emission (DLE) gas turbines (D5-019) fuelled by gas that has been taken from the SCP pipeline and has passed through a pressure reduction package. Each gas turbine will have an ISO-rated power output of 30MW and an exhaust height of 20m. The turbines will be sized appropriately to aim to operate within their low-NOx operating range for as much of the year as reasonably practical when considering ambient temperature variation and variation in pipeline throughput (D5-097). The compression trains are designed to compress the gas to approximately 90 barg and aftercoolerswill be needed to cool the compressed gas to a maximum of 34°C.Compressed gasfrom the operating compression trains will co-mingled and sent to the PRMS via the 42”SCP export pipeline. Facility Access Road: In order to expand the capacity of the existing South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP) gas pipeline system a pipeline loop is to be installed with two new compressor stations in Georgia. The Second of these compressor stations (CSG2) is at Tsalka, in the highlands of Georgia, approximately 120 km south of Tbilisi.A new access road is required to CSG2 as part of SCP Expansion Project. This road will provide access both during construction and throughout the operation of CSG2.As part of the design, the Scope of Work required for implementation of the access road shall be provided.
