  As a Subject Leader and Educator for Mathematics, my mission was to ignite a love for mathematics and empower students to excel. With expertise in curriculum development, pedagogy, and student-centered learning, I fostered environments where students and educators thrived. I made mathematics accessible through interactive lessons and real-world applications, enhancing critical thinking and problem-solving skills that extended beyond the classroom.Expertise and Approach:My teaching journey focused on simplifying complex concepts and integrating technology to make learning engaging and relevant. I implemented the Mastery approach, conducting training workshops to empower educators with strategies that deepened student understanding and boosted engagement.Innovative Learning:Creativity was central to my teaching. I applied real-world applications and hands-on activities to make abstract concepts tangible, sparking curiosity and showing the relevance of mathematics in daily life. This approach encouraged active learning and fostered critical thinking.Collaborative Leadership and Inclusion:As a subject leader, I collaborated with educators, administrators, and parents to create a supportive, improvement-focused community. Organizing the Singapore and Asian Math Olympiad (SASMO) 2021 was a highlight, promoting a shared love for math across diverse backgrounds. I also supported neurodiverse students, adapting lessons to meet the needs of learners with ADHD and mild autism, ensuring inclusivity and individualized support.Commitment to Lifelong Learning:I valued professional growth, staying updated on educational trends and integrating new approaches into my teaching.
