      1- Check the design drawings and specifications compatibility with the requirements, to issue the bill of quantities (BOQ).2-Read carefully the BID documents (RFP- request for proposal documents) and understand well the scope of work and technical requirements. 3-Architectural and structural quantification works.4- BID Stage; preparing the bill of materials for the components needed for the project in its bidding stage.5- Estimating the cost of the material by getting price quotations from local/external suppliers or subcontractors; comparing the received offers and determining which offer is the best commercially and technically; estimating the labor crews and equipment cost which need to finalize the installation works according to the scope of work and technical specifications; Also I prepare preliminary method statement project scheduling (making a full procurement plan to cover all items in the tender)6-Cost breakdown for the inhouse activities like concrete.7- After Award Stage; Reviewing the IFC plans and measuring them accurately to issue the bill of quantities (BOQ) of the material to the procurement department to be purchased; stating the changes in the BOQ due to different revisions of the submitted design and reporting them to different trades (procurement, cost control, and contract departments) for their proper action.8-Tender method statement and project time schedule. 9-Tender cash flow analysis 10-Putting a primary image for the project overheadMajor projects worked on :*Marassi Civic center , anchor building , pool facility buildings , bridges and irrigation tanks.*DRI steel plant in ELSokhna and the Upgrade of ELSokhna port with Dubai ports*CFC Carrefour fit outs works , civil and arch. works for the village buildings and for the 22kv substation .*Coastal protection project in Mozambique*Supporting buildings for the biggest NGL and LPG plant in Algeria with Technip*Concrete skeleton works for Radisson blue hotel Chad with CFE Show less
