  I worked as an ON the Job Trainee in Mobitel (pvt) Ltd. During my 08 months training period, I went through a scheduled training program covering Integrated Network Operation Center (INOC), BTS operation, Radio transmission operation, Radio network planning, etc. I specially actively participated on Customer complain handling projects. So I have gained lot of knowledge on complain analyzing & solution providing . I have hands on experience on Huwavei and ZTE configuration management tools. I have given support on drive tests and indoor testing activities so I have hands on experience in Tems Investigation software & GPS. I understood how to work as a team, how reach a suitable solution for problems based on the varies constraints and resources limitations. Show less
