Implemented differentiated delivery services, as scheduled deliveries for distant cities and express deliveries for urban centers. Started a routing system for last mile vehicles, using dedicated fleet. Performed optimization analysis to improve Distribution Centers operations, and managed multidisciplinary team. Responsible for negotiation and feedstock strategy of plastics packaging, including specialties and commodities resins and molds. Had a prominent role in the execution of a Triple Bottom Line Strategic Sourcing project. Implemented a cost modeling structure for plastics and guided a roll-out for others supply materials. Managed an account of US$ 200 million per year.
