      The Corporate Resources and Innovation Division (RESG) is the logistic department of the SG. It gathers a Global Technical Infrastructure, a Business Solution Center, a Transformation and SI process, a Real Estate solution and a Supply department. Its main role is to provide services to all SG staff. I worked with them on the following projects : - the RESG Innovation Challenge (for 4000 collaborators) : negotiation of the budget, redaction of the security document regarding the data (CNIL declaration), redaction of the rules, check on the innovations, meeting with the start up Popsi'it that provides a social gaming plateform called AYNO, communication actions, event planning, meetings with the different entities of the division including teams from Bangalore and Bucharest- support on the Revue Ressources : meetings with the Business Lines in order to improve the RESG activities and services towards them - preparation of the LST (leadership team meeting) : research of speakers (start-ups), research on innovative ways to organize an event (team building, ice-breaker) Show less
