      I joined A1 Cabs in April 13 and after six weeks was promoted to drivers supervisor in charge of the drivers shift patterns, school contract administration and general office duties alongside my driving duties. I have revamped the pay and documentation processes bringing a new style and smoother running of the HR processes used by the company. I carry out the weekly vehicle checks on 5 vehicles ensuring the vehicles are kept roadworthy. I am the first point of contact for the drivers and owners alike, filtering information and acting on my own initiative to resolve problems before they occur and always trying to find new processes to ensure the company runs more efficiently without cutting corners.
