  Worked as a Program Management Coordinator III for small Excavator division Wackersdorf, Germany for M317,M317GC,M320, M315, M319, MH3022,MH3024, M322 & MH3026 Small Excavator NGH NPI Programs. Conduct VSM (Value Stream Mapping Session) to Analyze Current State map & Action actions, Review and Agree on new Future State map Activities, Develop Detailed Plans for Key / Critical Areas of the Program. Prepare high level WBS with Project Manager to Conduct PMO Training, Workshop & Planning session. Capture all the WBS and activities enter in to Primavera. Interlink the activities among all the work streams. Identify all the Key Milestone from the Project Charter, Capture the deliverables and fix the constraints. The Gateway review deliverables also will be inserted in to the overall plan. Create routine Planning session with each functional Area and conduct Schedule Validation and Compression meeting to crash Schedule. Conduct Leadership report out meeting and Freeze the schedule. Then Releasing EUF through Primavera Team member receiving updates via web or Mobile App. Conduct control meeting for each update cycle (Weekly/Biweekly).
