  I was worked as a Rig Safety Training Supervisor(HSE Supervisor) on Noble Harvey Duhaney (NHD) Jack up Rig operating for TOTAL in Qatar Offshore. I was working from February 2009 to August 2014.I have to handle day to day activities regarding health & safety issues and coordinating & implementing safety policy of the company on the Rig. My responsibilities involve all aspects of HSE activity, including incident investigation for determining root cause and assisting the development of remedial action to prevent reoccurrence, and also included emergency response planning and the training of response teams.   Senior HSE Coordinator (Drilling & Workover)

  I am working as a Senior HSE Coordinator within Petrobel Belayim Petroleum Co.( A joint venture company between Eni and EGPC) in Egypt. I am assigned within the Safety Operational Team (SOT) to support the HSE within the Drilling and Workover operations at Sinai Field. I am managing HSE issues for 4 offshore Jack-Up Rigs and 10 Onshore Rigs in the Sinai field and Lead a team of 28 company HSE professionals responsible for HSE related issues of 14 Rigs in the Sinai field.My role within the SOT Team will foresee:• Advising on site personnel about best practices and Standard to improve the HSE;• Organizing, planning and carrying out HSE awareness sessions at Drilling/Work Over locations. • Supporting the Risk Assessment reduction.• Supporting the SIMOPS Plan reduction.• Supporting the Permit to Work System implementation.• Making periodical inspections at Drilling/Work Over locations suggesting in a proactive way the improvement areas.• Facilitate investigation of incidents / near-misses and effective implementation of corrective actions.• Provide support and expertise in emergency response, monitor regular offshore emergency response drills to maintain preparedness.• Develop effective relationships with contractor and all service company leadership onboard rigs and provide support as needed to close-out actions and/or develop mitigation plans/strategies.• Perform compliance monitoring of Rig Contractor' Safety Management System. Ensure Contractors are complying with core COMPANY Safety policies and procedures, e.g. Life Saving rules, Heat Stress Management, PTW system, SIMOPS, etc. • To provide training and coaching of field personnel in hazard identification and personal injury prevention programs, and elimination of HSE incidents during in field operations.
