As a partner / co-founder in the firm I headed global sales with $500 million in term sheet commitments, led bids on commodity logistics companies in North-East Brazil with a combined equity value of ~$300m, and advised on >20 commodity/trade finance transactions. In Mar-11, Brazil Logistics Group spun off from Alterna Bio Capital, a boutique Brazilian investment bank, where I sourced & executed M&A deals and commodity trade finance transactions, and closed a $25m minority investment in a large sugar & ethanol producer.
