  Was involved from scratch in development and testing process of a high-load telecom routing solution for CRM for an US-based customer (Avaya).Then I switched to another app related to phone call routing and customer callbacks. Developed and wrote all of the accompanying documentation, participated in internal requirements development, handled the test results, was responsible for technical demonstrations to the customer and involved project participants, also developed the entire of internal knowledge base for the product.Developed and performed manual functional and integration testing cycles, end-to-end testing, acceptance testing and load testing using JMeter.Designed and tuned testing strategy along with result analysis.Helped customer during the external audits, provided reports about state of the product and current / completed activities, gave some technical advices.
