Your participation is what makes our communities valuable for our business, our customers, and other community members.Brian has worked with various teams, using multiple mediums for communication within the Services community to drive the overall quality and effectiveness of Service Delivery Planning in Premier National. Brian exhibited exceptional leadership and a drive for results in leading regional efforts in XP eradication, resulting a regional/national compliance of 100% (pertaining to SDP coverage). Brian's work in helping our community to understand many of the critical elements of Service Delivery Planning has resulted in significant improvement within Premier National around key indicators of SDP quality, including Proactive Services Planning, Renewal Cycles, and Win XP eradication, among several others. Those efforts included collaborating with the internal tools team, SPMs across all regions, and TAMs across Premier National. Brian personally delivered, mentored/helped others in delivering 5 SDP workshops throughout the first 3 quarters of FY14, including several remote deliveries around specific initiatives. Most recently, Brian has been involved in leading onboarding training of Service Delivery Planning for all regional/national incoming MACH TAMs. His efforts in helping TAMs across the East Region and the US to continually focus and improve in these important areas have been a great example of Microsoft's values and competencies. He has courageously stepped up to a difficult task and has exhibited leadership, flexibility, and a great ability to encourage and influence others to continue to improve. This is a great example of giving back, which is something that is clearly critical to our success.Congratulations and Thank You!Scott Lengel Microsoft Corporation CTO, Americas Services Show less
