  Presently working with M/s RFCL (Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, Telangana), as Junior Engineering AssistantErection, Installation, Inspection, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Maintenance of Urea Plant (Licenser-Saipem) Equipment's.Skills and Job ProfileCommissioning and Maintenance of Rotary & Static equipment of 3850 MTPD Urea Plant (Licensor – Saipem) which includes:-Rotary equipment i.e., centrifugal compressor, Steam turbine, Single and Multistage Centrifugal Pump (Overhung, between bearing and vertically suspended as per API 610), Reciprocating pump etc.Various types of shell and tube heat exchanger as per TEMA.Overhauling of Scrapper Gearbox, H.P Carbamate Multistage Centrifugal Pump.Baker Hughes a GE Company 2BCL306/A Dry Gas Seal change DE & NDE side.Having good knowledge of alignment (Rim and Face method), maintenance of mechanical seals and seal plans as per API 682, various types of bearings.Dealing with different type of gasket like as Spiral wound Gasket, Cam profile Gasket, Metal Jacketed Gasket, RTJ (Ring type joint), Lens Gasket, Non-metallic Gasket.Maintenance of Static equipment like Urea Reactor, Urea Stripper, High Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Pressure safety valves as per API 510, Steam trap and various types of Valves etc.Static equipment internal installation like Urea Plant Distillation Tower, Urea Reactor, Urea Stripper, MP Absorber, MPD, LPD etc.RCFA(Root Cause Failure Analysis) of any Breakdown.Daily Checklist Report and LLF as per OEM.Dealing with make of Baker Hughes a GE Company, Ebara, KSB, Sulzer, Flowserve, Sun dyne, Sulzer, Flowserve, Peroni Pomp, ITT pump etc. Show less
