      I am part of 2 Transformation initiatives: 1. Program manager for Vodafone Business vertical initiative focusing on creating a Business Performance Framework across Group and Local Markets (KPIs aggregating between Customer Experience Journey and Business Outcomes), implementing an Unified Semantic Layer, specific AI use cases to support Business processes, alongside a new operating model that has D&A as data orchestrator. Key accountabilities are oversight of resources, stream delivery timelines and cross dependencies, Risk and Issues mitigation and escalation, communication of Status to key Business vertical stakeholders - Group and Local Markets (CEO, CFO, Head of Business, Commercial Finance, Data& Analytics)2. SAP visualisation stack ( Datasphere and SAP Analytical Cloud) as new tool for Group D&A - oversight of implementation for 2 specific Products: ExCo used Product to review specific Performance KPIs at Local Market level; Group and Local Commercial vertical used Product currently developed using Qlik.Key accountabilities are review and improvement of deployment, user access management and support processes that currently are designed for overall SAP applications, requiring redesign to support the dynamic environment of Data & Analytics.Product Manager activities for Loyalty Product, part of a wider initiative of Group Commercial vertical and implemented across multiple Local Markets that aims to increase the Customer Satisfaction and tenure with Vodafone. Loyalty Product's purpose is to offer performance trends information showing relevant KPIs to commercial teams, that will allow to analyze and take Business decision for better targeting of Campaigns. Key accountabilities are related to management of an Agile delivery team and agreement with sponsor on the quarterly initiatives that will need to feed into the PI planning, working with cross functional teams to get relevant data that will add new relevant KPIs and enhance business decisions Show less As part of Next Generation BI Programme, assigned as PM to ensure successful deployment of Group managed Google Cloud Data Warehouse integrated with local systems and Dashboards (Qlik and Data Studio) that will support the business to review efficiently their KPIs, submit numbers as part of the Month end Closing process, use the data to execute and evaluate Consumer and Business campaigns, simulate tariff plans for better Customer propositions. Delivery finalised June 2024 with following outcomes: Granular details availability, No shadow systems, Speed of change, Optimised IT infrastucture and New capabilities from using Google Cloud.Started with VF Hungary and in Aug '21 transitioned to VF Portugal (Pilot market and Core solution) and VF Germany (PoC only for Consumer IoT dataset)Key accountabilities and decision ownership:• Ensure scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables, apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management using Jira• Partner with the chosen systems integrator (Accenture / Celfocus), Group and local markets as well as FinOps, BI and IT central teams to help shape and execute the Programme every step of the way. Manage Project governance for all Project sub-streams and Executive level status meeting including Group Data Analytics Director, Local CFO, Local CIO and Group Technology Director.• Manage and mitigate all risks, issues and escalations and report progress for the entire Programme scope. Manage the transition to BAU for Group / Local Operations and SME from process and people perspectives (development of Change requests, maintenance and incident support activities).• Drive Vodafone team’s detailed delivery of each of the work streams, manage and influence Local and Global senior stakeholders to facilitate a smooth Programme delivery and the expectations of Local management with respect to the process and systems changes Show less IFRS15 Revenue Recognition Programme - Support Local Markets deliver using a specific methodology through deliverables that review their readiness in terms of training and communication for implementation of SAP's solution of calculating revenue under the new standard. Act as Central Planning Authority, managing the Programme plan on own and System Integrator deliverables, producing the Programme status for various governance meetings. Manage Local Market and various Group functions in terms of stabilisation readiness for handing over from Programme teams to BAU organisations. Coordinate activities for user readiness in Reporting taskforce initiative - moving SAP data into Amazon cloud for faster data query that support Local Markets in figures analysis.IFRS15 reporting using Amazon Web Services (Oct 18 - Feb 19) - supported as Deployment lead using an Agile methodology alongside EY and Accenture a cloud platform reporting tool and data extract using Qlicksense, from comms, decks building, running weekly status meetings and organising training markets sessions perspective.SAP Concur (from Feb 2019) - support user readiness in all Vodafone Group entities on SAP's new unified platform for Travel booking and Expenses claims. Build Knowledge Portal structure and content, deliver Train the Trainer sessions to Local Market SPOCs (in various world locations - US, Singapore, South Africa, Europe), provide communication templates to be delivered to Local users, support Programme team in creating decks for various governance meetings with Group and Local stakeholders. Show less Responsible with the delivery to implementation of a new CRM system (Support/Billing/Ordering modules to all operational channels from the following perspectives: - Processes and procedures/job-aids creation and approval with stakeholders,- Approval at EMT level and Implementation of a New Business Operating Model,- Deliver Training Strategy for COPs, EBU and Retail channels (plan creation, TTT delivery, desktops and room management, budget approval), - Deliver Communication Strategy (internal for all Stakeholders and channels impacted and external for Customers)- Develop a Business Migration and Roll-out Strategy&Plan that must ensure Business Acceptance Criteria for Go-Live (based on IT Migration and Acceptance testing exit criteria), establish BCP plan during/after migration, establish Hyper-Care and First&Second level support Procedures.- Develop a Business Acceptance Testing plan (testing of functionalities from business user perspective, raise usability defects, communicate results to Business Stakeholders)- Mitigate GAPs and Change Requests with IT&Vendor and evaluate impact from Business Case drivers perspective in order to present/prioritize/approve them at EMT level.- Deliver System configuration to vendor (user roles, )- Perform current Customer information cleanup in order to be Ready for Migration Scripts- Ensure Readiness to non-operational departments (BI and Commissioning impact changes and mitigation of CRs, new EBU Processes for Finance from IFRS Project perspective, Logistics, Product Marketing) Show less Represent the Retail distribution Channel with as resource (review current processes, create business requirements, start design with developer and evaluate High Level Design Documents) in developing a new CRM software that comprises Customer Support Management, Billing requests and service Ordering in a single application. Work with colleagues from all other Vodafone departments impacted and Accenture as vendor for Oracle Siebel suite with Consultants and Business Analysts from Greece and Italy.From November 2013 the delivery strategy of CRM changed to Amdocs as vendor and with Project Managers, Consultants and Business Analysts from Israel, Netherlands, Romania and India.
