  During my internship I reported directly to the CFO and Controller and supported them with general office, IT, accounting, marketing, sales, and project management. I also assisted with investor/partner progress reporting and business development matters including marketing material preparation. This experience enhanced my communication, professionalism, and networking skills as well as my knowledge about real estate development.

  - Responsible for leading the Cal Poly Real Estate Club - Effectively organize and establish good communication within the executive board- Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed- Bring a passion and positively towards real estate and the club- Work with faulty advisors to improve the club and REF at Cal Poly - Working with OCOB assistant deans for networking opportunities- Working with alumni to manage “Alumni Advisory Board”- Scheduling events outside of weekly meetings- Assisting with reaching out to potential industry speakers- Assisting the President with weekly club tasks Through this role I have sharpened my leadership skills by facilitating weekly club meetings, attending board meetings, and meeting with Orfalea College of Business club advisors. I have also expanded my network and knowledge by interacting with and reaching out to numerous real estate industry professionals.
